Communicated all Global guidelines to region and provided leadership for the East Coast to meet or exceed visual merchandising standards, while promoting a luxury shopping experience.
As a collaborative partner, I worked closely with the Merchandising team and various cross functional partners to ensure targets and key investments were considered when arranging products in stores. Additionally, I traveled to select events and visual installations to oversee projects and assist with the execution of store openings, renovations, window installations and high- profile projects.
With an innovative approach to driving business, I assisted the Regional and Store teams to increase results through visual merchandising in stores and managed the training and communication of key topics, visual merchandising tools and best practice processes to ensure global consistency and excellence.
As a strong people manager, I set expectations and managed performance against expectations while coaching and motivating visual team members to support their growth and development. My team was responsible for developing innovative and creative solutions that drive sales and support divisional strategies; inclusive of developing new tools and updating existing e-learning and instructor-led training modules to support the VM Training and Development System of store teams.

Travelled throughout the NY Metro area implementing visual guidelines throughout defined territory, applying global directives according to the local market needs.

Lead multiple store Visual Merchandising teams for various brands (Vera Wang, Cynthia Steffe, Nike, Guess, New Balance etc.) in the creation of the overall look and feel of store environments within their Market. The scope of this role encompassed several stores in the Southern California Market. I promoted an extraordinary customer experience to brings each brand and fashions to life through magical and powerful storytelling within windows, floor presentations and in-store activations.
